With winter fast approaching, the impending snowfall will catch many of us unaware. County Council decided in 2008 that their main priority must be clearing the main roads so that services can be provided, including busing, propane delivery, ambulance/fire calls, etc. Therefore, Ponoka County graders can no longer provide service to individuals who require their driveways plowed. A list of service providers is available below.
Contractor Listing for snow removal
County graders continue to grade driveways in the summer months, when available. This service is available by contacting the County Office. The minimum charge for this service is $60, which covers 15 minutes. Any additional time spent is charged at $4.00 per minute. A waiver must be signed in order for the grader to enter onto your property. This waiver is provided below.
