Administration Office Closed to the Public

Ponoka County Council has deep roots in the communities in which we live and work alongside our ratepayers, friends and families. At this challenging time we want to reach out to assure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and taking precautionary measures to protect our employees, our ratepayers and our community.

In response to the COVID-19 issue, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our office to walk-in traffic until further notice. This is one way that we can do our part to promote social distancing and flatten the curve in the spread of Coronavirus.

Please be assured that our staff is available to support you, via phone at 403-783-3333, by email (see contact section) or by fax at 403-783-6965.

We will keep you updated on events as they transpire.
