LAND USE DISTRICTS - ZONING
Rezoning Application
Under the guidance of the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and the Land Use By-Law (LUB) County Council will consider rezoning of lands for various purposes, if in the opinion of Council the application meets Development Priorities as laid out in the Ponoka County MDP. Planning documents below.

WHAT IS MY ZONING?
To find your zoning map find your township in reference to the map legend below to determine which map number your property is located on. Land(s) not specifically labeled with a zoning code remain Agricultural (AG). Mapping is updated quarterly as land use (rezoning) are approved and new subdivisions are registered.
